Alex has been brilliant to have on our team as we searched hard to find the right family house for our growing tribe. We recruited Alex at a time when we felt exhausted by nothing coming on the market that fit our needs and he provided the much appreciated bridge between agents and ourselves, liaising with them for all our questions and great as a soundboard when we needed him. The market has been slow and Alex very patient, always there when we called on him to set up meetings and give advice along the way. Alex was an absolute Godsend both with buying and selling. He helped us find and secure a house that we would never have found or considered alone and we love it. The whole process was made so simple as we could direct all queries through him and he was always accessible and thought of many things we had not considered. I used Alex's services in the past when I first bought my property near York a couple of years ago. His experience and local market knowledge was exceptional and I was able to find and then purchase a suitable property at a very good price.More recently, I consulted Alex on my plans to extend the property - in particular how to ensure I was adding maximum value to give me the best chance to remortgage post works/COVID.
