Alex has been brilliant to have on our team as we searched hard to find the right family house for our growing tribe. Alex was an absolute Godsend both with buying and selling. He helped us find and secure a house that we would never have found or considered alone and we love it. I used Alex's services in the past when I first bought my property near York a couple of years ago. His experience and local market knowledge was exceptional and I was able to find and then purchase a suitable property at a very good price.More recently, I consulted Alex on my plans to extend the property - in particular how to ensure I was adding maximum value to give me the best chance to remortgage post works/COVID.
