I’ve used Alex’s services to buy my house in Ilkley and to sell my old house in Leeds and I have nothing but praise for him! First up Alex is a great guy; easy to talk to, ultra-polite and a good sense of humour. But it’s not all nicey nicey, he’s not afraid to tell you what to do in order to achieve the best outcome!And speaking of outcomes, the results speak for themselves. Alex was able to find me the perfect house completely off market, so I was able to get ahead of everyone else and avoid any bidding wars. Finding the house was seemingly the easy bit though, the transaction process took 5 months due to various legal issues and Alex was there every step of the way whipping the lawyers, estate agents and vendors into shape in his polite but assertive manner. Alex managed to find us 99% of the things we wanted in a house, all at the right price, which is about as close to perfect as you can get in this game, so I’m a very happy buyer :)On the house sale, thanks to Alex’s input I ended up with 5 offers, all above asking price! The transaction was as smooth as silk and I’m a very happy seller :)So all in all a great experience, highly recommended!

I used Alex's services in the past when I first bought my property near York a couple of years ago. His experience and local market knowledge was exceptional and I was able to find and then purchase a suitable property at a very good price. More recently, I consulted Alex on my plans to extend the property - in particular how to ensure I was adding maximum value to give me the best chance to remortgage post works/COVID. He made a number of suggestions I hadn't thought of and I was able to incorporate into my plans. Work starts in 2 weeks. Thanks Alex!! House Sold! It says it all really. However, this could not have been achieved without Alex. These have been very strange times and selling a house is not as simple as it used to be hence we hired the talents of Alex. From start to finish we knew exactly where we were at regarding people coming to see the house to completion of the sale. We could always contact Alex and he would always come back to us with refreshing new ideas if we needed them. All I can say is brilliant service and Thankyou.
