Sell-Out Crowd Gathers For Estate Agency Insight

Whether you were new to property or an old-hand, there was insightful information for everyone at last night’s Harrogate Property Investor Network event, with sell out numbers in attendance.

Alex Goldstein was one of the guest speakers, giving the inside track on the world of estate agency. Often a subject that creates some enthusiastic responses(!), Alex’s presentation discussed how estate agents actually work behind the scenes, how to get the best out of them and how to maximise opportunities when it comes to buying or selling a property.

The fast-paced talk was met with great enthusiasm and interest by the sell-out crowd (some of whom had to stand at the back), with a number of questions taken at the end on all different aspects of property related matters. With so many queries, proceedings had to be moved into the adjoining reception area, where talks continued late into the evening.

The crowd was also captivated by the inspiring words of Allan Kleynhans, whose early years in South Africa had motivated him to achieve more in all aspects of his business and personal life.

Overall, an enthralling evening and one which I hope to repeat soon.
