How I have helped a recent client sell

The international vendor couldn’t understand why their flat was not selling and was simply told to drop the price.

I was asked to investigate the case and discovered that the current agent had just three years of experience in the sector. They had assembled a very poor brochure, omitting the beautiful main façade of the property and the incredible view from the communal garden.
